Boys club. Terrible senior management that favour men. There is a general lack of trust in the employees from management that they weren't working hard enough, yet the CEO regularly left for hours at a time to work out in the afternoon. (No one else enjoyed this type of flexible work schedule.) The general vibe in the office was always a 10/10 panic for daily tasks. So imagine when there was a small emergency how much more frantic everyone became. I have never witnessed a whole company constantly operating in a reactionary mode. I have never felt so unappreciated at any other employer.
