Pros

Coworkers usually okay and they try their best to help. Lots of loyalty at my branch. Good about not taking work home.

Cons

Leadership terrible. No direction, just fighting and blame. Owners dont care. Heard from someone who works there that they paid for a Best Employer award, then forced people to wear t-shirts for photos just so that management looks good. No chance for promotion because its all lifers and owner's kids and buddies of the CEO from his old company. If you dont kiss up, you are stuck. Dont expect to be promoted unless you butter someone up or backstab them. If you work hard they will see you as a threat. Benefits like its 1950. Two weeks, no sick days, never raises except cost of living. Some people been there 20 years with no raise.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Swish, as the company is built on a positive company culture and coworkers truly act as a team. Here you can really tell people feel happy, appreciated, and satisfied with their job because of the welcoming atmosphere and the great work-life balance. At Swish, we want to see one another succeed and that to me is the differentiator! I would highly recommend joining this amazing team.

Cons

This isn’t a con, however, I believe it’s worth sharing when making a decision on your employer. Depending on how you see this, there is a high learning curve within the business. I see it as a challenge and the ability to learn daily! This is exciting to me, and you have to be open to the idea of continuous learning within your role.
