Even in times of pandemic, the management still went through great lengths to ensure all of the staff are well taken care of and that moral is always kept high. True to its motto whereby 'People Matters', at Swingvy, 'Employees Matters' just as well and it comes across evidently and clear through the many initiatives management takes to ensure the team is well and taken care off. Thank you team.

What office does not have its downside? If you want to nitpick then Swingvy isn't the right place. Here values and team bonds play a vital part in creating a harmonious work environment

Everything is entirely based on your performance

•Small manpower which could sometimes lead to a heavier workload •It would be great if we could cater to more frequently demanded features based on different country requirements
