      You can choose your assignments. You're not penalized for rejecting them. (Or seemingly for last minute cancelations)

      Cons

      Pay is inconsistent. Was originally making $26-$28/hr and now I'm lucky to get $22

      Thanks for your review. Pay rates are set by schools which is why they differ from assignment to assignment. You can see pay rates in neighboring districts by updating your location setting in your Swing account. You can change your location settings back at any time. -The Swing Education Team

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
