Management will have you train people without any compensation or pay raises, don't let them fool you into thinking you'll get a raise at your yearly review either!!! ( Training is not apart of the job description either they will try and use the "other duties as assigned" excuse but know you're worth! ) They do have Quotes they want you meet per department but will say they are goals but it does affect your yearly review. \\_0-0_// You will be moved through different departments depending on their needs, because your hired as a "warehouse employee" so it doesn't matter what department your hired for. Your not offered compensation for all the departments you know. HR constantly walks around the building for their daily strolls. HR will walk up to you and ask if they resolved your issue, there's a lack of writing anything down. Regarding Insurance matters they will be conveyed through verbal and break room board messages, not sent to your personal email so there's no paper trail of insurance matters being conveyed anywhere. Major holidays are a punishment if your full time. After a major holiday you'll be expected to work a 10 hour shift the following day, always! There is favoritism if you know how to work the system. Ive only gotten a $1.20 (yupp , one dollar and twenty cents) raise for years of work. Happy job hunting people!
