My start here was organized, and i was mentored by an excellent trainer. Unfortunately I was never told after 3 trainers swift will terminate you. My first 2 trainers changed because one got pnemonia and the 2nd one became an owner operator. It wasnt until my 3rd trainer who was hostile towards me wanted me off his truck because he got in my face and I refused to do a difficult maneuver when he was in rage mode. My advice is know that beforehand, and make sure to be in regular contact with your driver leader or DQ Team about what measures to take if you feel unsafe, but it's a very big issue with anyone picking up the phone at all, it would've really helped when I was made to sleep in the top bunker while my driver who didn't sleep all day decided to drive on the interstate. Thinking I was being safe, it cost me my job that I enjoyed and took seriously. I'm not sure why I am held liable that I was passed on to 3 trainers, but that's been my experience here.
