      Pros

      Always paid .50 CPM with loaded miles and empty. Always running when loads are ready. Always home every month.

      Cons

      You only run when planners or DMs feel like you're worth the run and you don't get paid extra for waiting at shippers or consignees even if you told you do.

      The people in the shop are unbelievably nice. I have never felt so loved and looked after in my life.
