      The people are ok to work with and there is alot on lenience when it comes to using sick time as long as you have it avaliable.

      Cons

      There is notmany options for forward movement. Annual raises are not guaranteed. They will hire from outside before they promote from with in.

      The people in the shop are unbelievably nice. I have never felt so loved and looked after in my life.
