      Strong leadership, sense of community, proper company culture, they take feedback seriously and have clear, measurable targets for improvement (both professionally and personally), meetings are structured and to the point (no wasted time or effort), very data driven

      Cons

      At the moment, most people are spread thin (they are taking the right steps to fix this - hiring where needed and creating internal process efficiencies)

      Pros

      I've worked with this team to shift their software into a fully product-led-growth strategy which is a big change. The energy, the focus and the tenacity to do great work starts at the topic with Michelle, the new CEO.

      Cons

      We're all remote and time zones for meetings can be a bit of a challenge.
