There's a real sense of camaraderie and that's not just within the teams, but across the entire company. If you have any interest in moving to the company, or moving into different positions within the company, but are unsure if you are capable of filling that desired role, Sweetwater will do everything it can to help you get there. Cons
The store staff could be treated better. Their pay is not the greatest and the sales commission within the store pales in comparison to what the sales team upstairs gets. The store operations management could be better. They're understaffed, underpaid, and morale is generally low. Ideas to improve workflow are often met with resistance by management, but then those ideas are later brought up and claimed by management. Overall, the store staff deserve better.
