Horribly mismanaged, leadership holds event staff to high standards yet consistently drops the ball on taking care of them. Work hours extend beyond what is initially communicated, and then comes the gut punch of working like a dog just to then wait 2-3 weeks for payment. Multiple full time staff can’t even handle working there and have quit.
