Pros
There are SO many reasons to work at Sweet it will be tough to list them all in the space provided. Sweet is an industry leader in the NFT industry and is setting the bar high for what an NFT marketplace really should be. The CEO is incredibly passionate about the product and reflects that daily. You know you've found a great place to work when the CEO publicly praises his team on a regular basis. I have been leading Support teams for over a decade and have never seen a company rally around a Support team like Sweet does. Product, Engineering, and Success put Sweet user's first in all major decisions; very refreshing. On a personal level the pay and benefits are great, the structure of the company is well laid out, the company is financially sound, and the product is VERY fun to work with. TLDR: I have never had this much fun working for any company ever. Period.
Cons
There really isn't much to put in the con box here. The company is young and growing so process, benefits, onboarding for new employees, etc. are all in their infancy, but I expect in a year from now this will have changed drastically.
