Pros
- As a Junior Entrepreneur you get the choice and opportunity to work across multiple roles, including but not limited to: partnerships, marketing, charities, content creation, growth, tech, data science, and even law. - You are encouraged to ideate and innovate, a/b test ideas, and if the test is successful, launch it to their 40-million-download, worldwide market. - The integration into the team happens instantaneously. Everyone is extremely welcoming, creating friends as opposed to co-workers. - You can get as much out of this company as you want. You are encouraged to ask questions, start projects, pitch ideas, improve and implement solutions...etc. As an entry level job, the amount of responsibility and trust imposed upon you is extremely valuable.
Cons
- Aims/ overall purpose and the structure to achieve said purpose is sometimes unclear - Bureaucracy can get in the way of fast-implementation of ideas. This is not a disadvantage, but does not align with the values of a 'fast-pace start-up.'
