Pros
Good Opportunities to make bonuses and provide benefits for all its full-time employees. Not a very difficult company to work for.
Cons
Does not promote from within the company, when I worked there for almost two years and an assistant manager position was open they began hiring from the outside before considering anyone internally. I had to put in my two weeks notice before I could get promoted.
