Pros
Working the actual hours I’m contracted for. Most of the office shuts down and goes home at 5pm on the dot. Excellent people to work with who are great at their jobs. Amazing product!
Cons
Waiting on approvals for everything from Switzerland this adds so much time and frustration to implementing anything. Your also at the mercy of the Swiss in terms of them providing assets so you work to their schedule which is often slower/later than you would have actioned locally.
