Colleagues become genuine friends here. They hire real talent with very exciting energy and it is truly easy for everyone to feel at home quickly.
Cons
They hire fast and fire fast. It's a start up, and sink or swim is very real. Stability is not guaranteed, and support can be difficult to get as management is spread thin.
