This a place for you if you are a very lucky person or very good at playing politics but not so much if you are too professional, used to well structured management style, believe in merit and bad at playing politics.

The company are looking to progress and become the leaders within the sector. At top level things are moving well with big deals taking place. Amazing MD who is an amazing leader and people person.

Overall employees don't feel valued, The wages aren't competitive, Removing well liked staff members and a marketing department seems short sighted. No real staff benefits. No flexibility in working conditions. Animosity from employees to certain members of senior management can be felt across the business. Company values that are just HR phrases to tick boxes and they don't mean anything. Lots of lay off despite high turnover and spend on projects like a website.
