      - Semi-casual workspace - Great worker environment - Opportunity for advancement - Office has a nice layout and decoration - The work you do can be unpredictably funny - Break room has a pool table and a few game cabinets

      Cons

      - You will be underpaid - Moving up from Indexer to QA position takes time, but hardly improves your hourly wage - Long stretches of focus are required, which can be taxing - The average workday could be considered boring

      I loved the people at Swagit.

      Cons

      Not much. I wish I had been paid more, but it was a private up-and-coming company and there's not much you can do about that.

      Pros

      The company culture is very good. Base pay is decent. Day to day workload can be consistent. Very understanding management. Good work to life balance

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth under Granicus. Can get a little stressful during "Super Tuesdays" Raises are minimal.
