He starts by delaying your salary, then removes your access to company resources, and finally sends an email with fabricated reasons for your termination. Additionally, he micro-manages everything, attempting to take on roles such as product manager, engineer, and designer without having the necessary expertise. Tasks must be done his way, even when he lacks understanding of the work involved.
