Would not recommend - Mechanic Suttons Employee Review

- Service manager doesn’t know how to manage people, would often be shouting at staff in the workshop - During workshop meetings a lot of negative feedback, don’t do a lot to build staff up - Ads say they have ‘state of the art’ equipment but that is far from the truth - Often would work overtime but not get paid for it - I had been there for almost 3 years and on my last day no mention of being my last day, no goodbye lucky to have good mates at work though
