15+ times having extreme trouble getting correct miles on my paycheck, I had to start taking pictures of my start and end odometer daily as proof because they wouldn’t pay me what I ran, NO BREAKDOWN PAY and they will have you on side of the road for even longer just to stay in their budget, extremely low pay for the LTL linehaul driver market by ~0.15CPM, usually skips giving out one of the twice yearly 0.01 CENT raises, took away saftey bonuses last year, safety department is ran with an absolute iron fist with no incentive to drive exactly how they want other than not getting fired, will give you a 3 day suspension no pay Tuesday-Thursday without talking to you and just listen to what the camera system told them you did wrong. For example sun visors blocking cameras that were installed too high. They will blame that on you if you put sun visors down and suspend you. Ridiculous. The Lytx driver and road facing camera have every option of A.I enabled and they DO use cameras as DISCIPLINE. I received no write ups that were withheld (Write up was invalid as it was targeted. It Was thrown out only after raising hell) nor complaints while at this company nor at any company prior to here. This job is a paycheck and that’s it. If that’s all you need this job will fill that need decently. Do not expect more than a paycheck from Sutton Transport. If you do not compare this company to any other company out there it’s an okay place
