Pros
Good experience but requires you to work long days. The staff is young, savvy and fun. Dog-friendly offices and the roof is amazing for sunny days.
Cons
The culture at SG is not one I would suggest being apart of due to their low morale. There is little to no respect for the interns (Management regularly addresses emails to "INTERN" rather then using our real names) and everyone is overworked and unhappy. The company has a very high turnover rate -- basically at every agency meeting, someone else has decided to leave. The company is known for its obvious favoritism with select staff members and without hesitation upper management may throw you under the bus so they don't get in trouble. It is a grind house where the interns are segregated to their own room -- no wonder we don't form relationship with other staff members.
