Treated like a machine: it is made abundantly clear that they are about process and technology: humans are replaceable and a burden to them, even though they are the center of their business.
Cronyism: Mid and Upper management sleeping with employees, drugs in the offices, friends (including HR) protecting them, special privileges and protections for the "in" crowd.
Fraud: Cheating to bill clients more money for hours not really worked, manipulating reporting, phone logs, Queues, etc..
Completely cut ALL employee recognition programs. Front line managers actually pitched in from their pockets to buy their teams lunches (they don't make enough to be asked to do this) Reduced compensations across the board month after month, stopped matching employee donations to charity, no 401k matching, terrible insurance.
Staff is in constant fear of losing their jobs or retaliation from autocratic middle and upper management.
