No Major cons, but the only time for raises and promotions is at the end of the first quarter of the year

Beautiful Old Parkland campus and a professional office environment. The location creates a strong first impression.

Don’t be misled by the Old Parkland setting. While the bank operates within a prestigious business campus, my experience did not reflect the image the location presents. The culture felt outdated, overly political, and toxic. Leadership was a significant weakness, particularly within Finance. Although the bank prides itself on its “reputation” and being relationship-driven, those values were from my experience. Compensation was subpar and overall, I would not recommend this bank as a workplace. In hindsight, I should have taken the many existing negative reviews more seriously before accepting the offer.
