      Pros

      More laidback atmosphere, and generally good company (when it wasn't constantly rotating). I got to make friends with all staff and knew them by name. Owner was decent.

      Cons

      Tips were pooled and split between other waitresses on shift, despite if they were utterly sucking or not.
