      Susco has gone fully remote since the COVID years which also means we have more and more people from outside the immediate greater New Orleans area working here.

      The company has seen rapid growth over the past 3 years and there have definitely been some growing pains.

      This company actually cares about employees, the the extent that we have a number of former employees who still connect with us on their individual development plans. High pace, high reward.

      Cons

      Growth means change, and change rarely comes without discomfort. You will be challenged, and you will get better.
