Leadership is toxic. There has been massive turnover over the last year, and work just gets redistributed to remaining employees. De-scoping does not exist at this organization, and leadership does not respect feedback from employees who express they feel overworked. Psychological safety is disregarded and verbal abuse is common. The organization continues to take on new projects and grants that they don't have the staff to support. Avoid at all costs.
