Pros

- Mission-driven with a constant focus on improving patient outcomes - taking the "customer-obsessed" approach to healthcare - Regularly getting feedback from patients helps create a really tight product development feedback loop and seeing real-world impact keeps people motivated - Lots of autonomy and pragmatism when it comes to making tech and product choices - Environment of constantly wanting to get better as a team and improve individual skillsets - Moving fast, but pragmatically, and not at the expense of quality - The founding team is super chill and transparent with the whole company

Cons

- Being a relatively small player in market with massive clients can sometimes mean jumping through hoops for an individual deal - More in-person working would have been fun!
