      No set uniform Holiday pay included in hourly rate Free lunch and drinks provided on shift No obligation to work Lots of training Paid breaks Annual staff parties

      Zero hours contract can be a pain at the start at a young age as you can be sent home/not required Very busy, sometimes you don't get a full break

      Surfside coffee provides you with the opportunities to learn, grow, and become that morning smile that you can cause people to walk around with all day and spread. Such caring upper management that allow you develop and nurture as you progress.
