Finally found a home! - Anonymous employee Surface Shields Employee Review

I have bounced around a little throughout my sales/customer service career. I have worked for a local mom and pop company to a global juggernaut. Never have I felt so welcome at a company more than I do at Surface Shields Inc. in Orland Park, IL. From Patrick in production up to Jamey Behringer our CEO and Kyle Behringer our President all make you feel like a part of the family from day one. You can always hear laughter echo from somewhere in the office. But bottom line... this is a job, and we get the job done. I've read some of the reviews regarding how long the hire process is, and yes for me it was an unusually long and somewhat grueling hiring process. Now I know why. They simply want the right person for the right job. These people care. Overall Jamey and Kyle know how to treat their employees. As people and not numbers. Kudos Surface Shields.
