Doesn't even deserve a star. Nothing to talk good about at all about this pathetic company. If you work here your self esteem will be so low .......you can survive in Somalia with it..
Cons
Visionless Unethical Top management. Non meritorious boot-licking culture. Extremely high attrition rate. Salary increment/appraisal is even worst than government company. Egoistic and mannerless CEO. You should say 'yes' for whatever the CEO says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Most of the responses here are filled in by CEO and has all the time in the world to yell at and screw up employees. HR, have you even put a thought as to how many good employees left and the alarming high employee attrition rate ever since you joined! Please do not join this cheap morale less company else you are spoiling your mental peace and they ensure that your career is screwed up. Once you join in, it's not easy to come out of this hell.
