Excellent early season training. Good education in sales techniques. A relaxed work environment where you really get to help people. Commission based compensation. Ski breaks every day. Free ski pass.

Cons

Some customers complain chronically and simply can't be helped (most are quite appreciative). Access to pro deals is nice. Better than most ski shops.

Cons

The job can require long hours, especially during peak seasons, which can be tiring. The job also nvolves standing for long periods and can be physically demanding. In addition, Multitasking and dealing with difficult customers and trouble shooting can be challening during our busy season.
