Pros
I worked here for a year and a half. I was a good employee and tried my hardest to get the job done. I also met a lot of great people and still hold friendships with those people today
Cons
With that being said SureCo does not care about its agents. They are revolving door of sales people. The owners do not reward anyone but themselves for the milestones made off of the sales people’s backs. They had changed goals and commission structure 3 or 4 times since I had worked there and each time it was to the benefit of the employer and not the employees
