      Very welcoming and authentic place. Best place to start your career. Senior management is very approachable even the CEO.

      Cons

      Not much growth prospects, also team leader is very difficult and strictly process oriented and timeliness focused, very rigid. You need to be able to handle the pressure.

      Pros

      Great Team & Working Environment I am currently employed at Sure Systems and I appreciate the Support from my co-workers in many aspects of my role. We work in a solid and ethical combined effort to provide excellent customer service to our customers. Everyday is a New learning experience. I have appreciated the opportunity to enroll in continued education to expand my knowledge and gain expertise as a Sales Professional. We get our work done and also have fun!

      I completely enjoy working at Sure Systems and have been satisfied for 3 years in my role and the ability to learn and grow in my career.

      Very open, involved and constructive place, you feel part of the company. Direct access to all parts of management including CEO.

      Cons

      less option for growth in salary.
