Sure Management has been VERY MUCH enhanced since Mohammed AlShaalan the new CEO Came early 2014. For the first time in SURE you can see a humble HUMAN CEO, that has a dream of success, and he is playing it well. - SURE now have a clear rules for salary scale. - SURE now listen to their employees as humans, which was a dream before. - SURE is getting MEGA projects, which keep the company one of the most stable places in KSA. - SURE reputation for quality and performance is very well known.
Cons
- HR still weak - They resist you on the yearly vacation and don't give you the 21 days as a one shot. at least on 2 shots per years. This is bad for those who travel to their countries once yearly like me. - I discovered that SURE is great place for Experience building but they still dated regarding to some parts of technology and methodologies - they are NEVER risk takers regarding new technology, tool, or methodology even if it is proven success all around the world many years ago!
