Pros
Much of the product offered by Sur La Table is of a high quality and there are many options for everyone from the beginner cook to professional chefs.
Cons
I worked for Sur La Table for just under three years and always received excellent reviews during the half yearly review process. I made many attempts to show interest in furthering my career within the company both to the district manager and the corporate office and both were uninterested in helping me to do so, always citing relocation as a hindrance to my advancement even though I made it very clear I would look for no relocation benefits from the company.
