      Pros

      Sur La Table is a fun place to work. The hours are flexible and the employee discounts are great.

      Cons

      Inventory control is an issue. There is no real sense of what is on-hand and what is not. The computer will say there are 15 items and there will be only 3 that you can get your hands on.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
