The discount!!! Three years working at SLT and I have absolutely everything I could possibly need in my kitchen. 40% off of all full price items with the exception of electrics, which you are limited to one a month. Also, as long as there are open slots you can sign up for their cooking classes at half off.
Cons
the first SLT I worked at in MI was great, no complaints. Florida though... there were so many issues amongst management that it just became more and more difficult to work there. In the span of a month, almost everyone either quit or was fired. Store manager, every single floor lead and the majority of the sales associates.
