Pros
Co-workers were, for the most part, wonderful You learn so much--seriously Flexible schedule
Cons
Corporate arbitrarily cuts payroll Unrealistic expectations. For example, sales goals from the past (back when five or more employees were on sales floor) were increased, but Corporate reduced the amount of employees on the floor to as few as two during closing shifts Corporate is absurdly out of touch with employees and the individual stores. They even fail to address customer theft and reprimand managers for what is ultimately out of control (what do you expect to happen when there are little to sometimes even no security cameras or guards, and you only have two people working?) Pay is incommensurate with the labor required Corporate removed the 40 percent discount More physical labor is required than expected
