Pros

The best thing about working here was the people. Customers were occasionally awful but what made up for it were the lasting relationships I formed with fellow coworkers. The pay wasn't awful either with incentives.

Cons

It was easy to move up if the position is available. A full time position would've kept me here for a long time. Unfortunately that wasn't up to the management team. Nobody can survive in this world off of 24 hours a week -- sorry to say.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
