Pros

The store that I worked at was wonderful. The hours were pretty flexible and overall it was a good work environment. GREAT DISCOUNT!

Cons

There is a lack of communication at all levels. The training when I started was not adequate to the work that I had to do and it wasn't until the end of my employment that I started to know the information that I needed. The products were not always the best.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
