Caring staff. Always able to assist with any questions. Flexible projects. You have an option to pick multiple fields of work. Reliable compensation. You will get paid without any issues.
Cons
Flexible schedule. While i think it's 50\50 on pros\cons, you won't be able to get a good amount of sleep sometimes due to 8-hour shift gaps. This also does lead to some inability to follow your hobbies.
