Pros
nothing good since it was a remote job, i provided everything, wifi, laptop...so... one or two occasional jokes with the teammates whom were cool.
Cons
Total Clown show, sup gets paid like 100% by the client for the support and the consultants get like 40-500% and they work u up +10% every month claiming growth in compensation. once u get close to the end of the road map (6months) around 5th month they fire you on some total bias claim. No professional growth. No insurance. No work life balance. some extra hours didn't get paid. Frankly speaking u get treated like trash as long as you're not in management. poor training. sat there by my pc for 2 days reading pdfs alone. waste of time working with them other companies have better pay and policy.
