      work from home, decent pay, decent benefits.

      went from providing advanced support to resolve business and home user problems to following a flowchart and providing zero support that was not covered on the flowchart.

      When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

      The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
