Pros

Telecommute to work from home. Everyone is approachable. Upper Management is great to work with. Team spirit is high. Company promotes a solid team environment and productivity. When there are issues, we work towards a solution. There are advancement opportunities when you excel in your current position. Company acknowledges excellence

Cons

not much of a con - Attending over night maintenance meetings (required for the position)

Pros

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
