      - Interesting projects to work on. - Great colleagues in the development and transformation teams.

      Cons

      - Management frequently breaks promises and fails to recognize individual contributions. - Leadership shows a lack of respect for employees and often misuses their authority. - Constant negotiations over salary and working conditions create instability. - Contract teams have many obligations but receive no advantages, not even necessary software licenses. - Working conditions and pay can change with little to no notice. - Employees may be let go without compensation or warning due to funding issues. - No support in finding future employment; management doesn’t assist with basic gestures like sharing LinkedIn posts.

      Pros

      Support Partners is a great family run business to work for. There are lots of amazing projects to get stuck in on and opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business. This has allowed me to grow and develop my skills in a way that would have been hard to at a large company. The owners are also very understanding of all the things that go on outside of work which is very rare to find!

      It’s hard work but what job isn’t..

      Pros

      As a single mother, working full-time brings challenges. However, Support Partners is absolutely family-based and knows that family comes first. I don't ever feel worried when I have to take time for my kids or be sick. They understand we are humans and also have lives outside of work.

      Cons

      If you are not a hard worker, this may not be the place for you.
