Pros
** Adding my original review from SLWM here. This is the same company - they just rebranded back to their old name. ** The only pro I can think of is remote work and decent pay. But even that has a lot of cons. If you are currently interviewing for this company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Do not believe any claims of restructuring or improvements to software. They have gone through 2-3 exec changes in the last year with no improvements.
Cons
They are having serious financial issues - do not pay vendors on time, consolidated their vendor list to help with that, but even then, we cannot get people paid on time. Orders get put on hold once they are complete, and then we miss deadlines due to non-payment. This then gets blamed on the account managers, even though it is something we have no control over. The warehouses are constantly screwing up and going through high turnover. Leadership seems to just ignore the real issues. One of my first "townhall" meetings with the company, the CEO talked about how he would rather be spending time on his new boat that in the meeting talking to us. That should have been my first red flag. Changes to procedures are not communicated properly. There is no documentation that you can refer back to - you are expected to know all the answers from a 10 minute instructional zoom call. When asking for help or a reference sheet, nobody wants to help. Management is the most toxic part of this place. If they do not like you, they will talk behind your back to other employees and try to push you out. There is zero support when issues arise out of our control, and no real way to know where you stand career-wise. Within the last few months, they also added tracking software to our computers that does not actually track things accurately. Not surprising, considering how bad every other piece of software is that we had to use. They know you are replaceable and will treat you as such.
