In-group bias, CEO's fragile ego, incredibly high levels of fear among employees, gaslighting, gossiping, punitive and threatening. Negative narrative around certain employees, based on personal judgment and biased accusations rather than facts and validity. CEO rewards in-group members not because they are top performers, but because they show loyalty and demonstrate obedience. He also makes it clear that he believes you should feel grateful to work there - cause nothing can motivate an employee like reminding them that they are entirely replaceable, I guess? No one should feel FEAR at work.
