In my experience, I've never seen such poor human response management. Even as a consultant, I will dissuade anybody from joining this organization. The HR team is useless; they don't know how to communicate and shuffle when they do. They took money from my FNF and claimed that my laptop was scratched. I've worked with seven organisations in my career and have never heard such an explanation. They initially refused to accept the complete and final settlement, but after several phone calls and emails, they consented, but then they started making excuses like the laptop and charger had scratches, and they communicated this to me as if I had murdered someone. In general, it was a terrible experience that you should avoid at all costs.
