*The team is great; everyone is willing to help out if you have any questions. *Processes are well documented, so you can always check the handbook if you have questions about how certain things are done. *Benefits are great. We have lots of PTO days! *You work with people from all over the world. *Remote work.
Cons
*Processes are always changing, so it's hard to keep up. *There's always a lot of control, which isn't bad per se, but sometimes it feels like you're walking on eggshells. *Workload is high, so believe it when they say "work 50 hours per week and manage 20+ projects at a time" in the job description, because it's true. It's not constant, but it happens.
